Founding Partners

The people who set the bar are the people who work to it.

An admission standard means nothing if you cannot see who cleared it. The founding partners hold client seats themselves and sit on the review that admits everyone after them.

Fractional CIO

Paul has held executive technology seats in a wide range of industries and at organizations operating locally, nationally and globally. Healthcare, executive staffing and recruiting, and government are among them. He has worked inside private equity backed companies, public companies, and start-ups. What counts as a sound decision is not the same in all three, and the constraint that settles a question in a regulated environment is rarely the one that settles it in a portfolio company heading for exit. He has held the CIO and General Manager roles at the same organization, so a recommendation from him accounts for what it costs and who has to approve it. He teaches graduate seminars on AI governance at two universities.

Cody has run technology at Fortune 50 scale, in retail, global interactive entertainment, and carrier services. Two thousand stores, fifty distribution centers, and ten global data centers he consolidated to four while studios worldwide kept shipping. He built and operated managed network and security services on the carrier side before spending a decade buying, architecting, and running them on the enterprise side, so he can tell a client what is real, what is roadmap, and what is marketing before the vendor finishes the slide. Capital plans, vendor selections, and architecture standards were his to define and defend to finance and to a SOX audit, and his security work reaches past the office network into the operational technology on distribution and plant floors. He starts from the business plan, not the technology, and he has a long record of getting more out of what a company already runs before asking it to buy anything new.
